Here at BFF we raise Karakachans as our livestock guardian dog of choice. ​They originate from Bulgaria and were imported in 2004. They are fierce ​protectors that are primitive in their ways. They are known to silently stalk ​a threat and be very thoughtful in their actions. We have grown very fond ​of this particular breed and hope to spread awareness of how great they ​are. We pride ourselves in our genetics and they are being used ​successfully across the U.S.
